Health Explorers™ is a community-based youth program developed through the Literacy for Health™ initiative for teens ages 13–18. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, participants build practical health literacy, strengthen communication and critical thinking skills, explore healthcare careers, and discover how healthcare institutions, community organizations, and public health partners work together to improve community health.
